1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Return & Refund Policy (No Refund)

Because jewelry items are delicate and personal, we do not offer general refunds or returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., changing your mind, or minor color differences due to screen lighting).

3. Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items

We perform a 100% Quality Check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item in transit:

You must record a clear uncut unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the defect.
Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
